Steel Being Erected for Rancho Bellena Metal Building

Good afternoon. It’s Bill Freeman with Freeman’s Construction. I’m here at a farm on the east end of Ramona. We’re building a metal building and poured the foundation just before Thanksgiving. Today, we are installing the steel frame up. We had about three days before Thanksgiving, and now our crew is back here. We should finish erecting the whole frame up this week, and then our painter will come and paint it all this white. This will make everything match all the white insulation that we will install in the building.

So, it’s coming along nicely. This whole front section will have roll up doors, so they’ll be able to access all these bays for the farming operation that they have going on here.
