The rustic rancho ADU in Ramona, California is a 1,200 sq. ft. residence with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It includes a 700 sq. ft. garage and wraparound porches. The farmhouse-style exterior features handcrafted garage doors, masonry, metal roofing, and open-beam porches. Inside, the ADU includes a kitchen with custom cabinetry, a stone wood-burning fireplace, and bedrooms each with private bathrooms. The garage includes custom cabinetry for storage, and the porches provide outdoor living space.
