Freeman’s Construction, Inc. began in 1981 when Bill Freeman, president of the company, obtained his general contractor’s license in order to start his own concrete & framing business. From 1981 to 1986 Freeman’s Construction, Inc. specialized in concrete and framing, subcontracting for several general contractors that were building and remodeling high-end custom homes.

In 1986 the company was incorporated as Freeman’s Construction, Inc. The business has expanded its services since that time to include design-build custom homes, whole house remodels, fire rebuilds, additions, steel buildings, wineries, ag buildings & ICF construction (insulated concrete forms). The company is a leader in fire-resistant construction and works in all areas of San Diego County and the Boise, Idaho metro area.
