PRe-construction steps
Once you’ve decided to work with us, our architects and designers will design a new home that fits your needs and budget. Or you can select one of our stock set of plans that’s suitable for your lot. Either way, these are the next steps to expect:
Write Letter of Intent
A Letter of Intent will be written up. This is a design agreement to have plans drawn for your home.
Meet the Designer
Meet with a designer to ensure that your house compliments your lifestyle.
Design and Estimate
Create preliminary design and cost estimates to ensure your needs and budget are on target.
Finalize Plans
Final design and a working set of plans with final pricing will be completed for a fixed price contract.
Sign the Contract
Create and sign a building contract with detailed specifications and plans to begin the construction.
Start the Construction
We will coordinate with you regarding the permits, construction schedule, and more to get the project started.
