Hey! Today, since our last update, we want to share our progress on this custom home in Ramona, CA. The foundation forms are set, and the underground plumbing has been completed. This project will take some time, so we will keep you updated as we progress.

The Next Step is Building the Exterior Walls
After the foundation forms are set, the next step is constructing the exterior walls. This includes pouring concrete footings, setting rebar, and installing steel beams. Once these steps are complete, the framing begins. Framing involves attaching the roof trusses, rafters, and sheathing to the wall studs.
