Here at Freeman’s Construction, we build custom homes, ADUs and do home remodeling projects. We also offer fully customizable consulting services.

Types of Projects we do:

Custom homes
Accessory dwelling units.
Whole-house remodels.
Remodels that involve a full kitchen remodel and the bathrooms being remodeled with a budget of $250,000 or more.
Most interior & exterior home remodeling projects that have a budget of $250,000 or more.
Steel buildings ONLY when they are built along with a new custom home or home remodeling project.

Tiny homes
Manufactured homes
Kitchen remodels under $250,000.
Bathroom remodels under $250,000.
Any home remodeling project with a budget of less than $250,000.
Steel buildings when they are not built at the same time as a custom home or home remodeling project.

Consultation Services – Available as needed 1 to 3 weeks after the initial discovery call.
Starting Design for New Projects – 2 to 4 Months
Starting Production on New Custom Homes & Remodels – 12 Months to 18 Months
